Listen Live (audio streaming) isn’t working. I can’t hear anything

Sometimes our streaming provider encounters technical difficulties or internet service providers have glitches (The Internet isn’t perfect!) If you are having issues with the streaming here are a few quick tips to help you out:

Wait 10 minutes and try again
If you’re listening at work, check with your IT department to make sure there are no restrictions on your computer
Also ensure that you have the latest Flash Player software (for Windows or for Mac)

We’re located one block west of Cambie & Broadway, behind the Cactus Club restaurant.

When can I pick up my prize?
Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday – Sunday Clossed

When coming to pick up a prize please take note that…

You will need one piece of photo ID.
PLEASE NOTE: If picking up a prize on behalf of someone else you will need to bring one piece of their photo ID and expressed permission of the winner.
Your prize will be available for 60 days.
Sorry we don’t mail out any prizes.
